While you often work independently with your cross-functional team, you always have the greater finance organization to lean on for support and career mentoring.

Job Responsibility

  • Be a key voice at the table as a core member of the Plant’s Senior Leadership Team
  • Own the numbers — from P&L to balance sheet — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight
  • Drive performance by providing strategic financial guidance, influencing decisions, and holding teams accountable
  • Lead planning cycles including monthly closes, forecasts, and annual/long-range plans
  • Champion cost improvements and margin-enhancing initiatives across the plant
  • Model investments and support business cases for new initiatives and capital projects
  • Elevate financial acumen across both finance and non-finance teams
  • Spot trends and opportunities for continuous improvement — and act on them
  • Collaborate globally with FP&A, BBS, and other partners to modernize and streamline financial processes

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, ideally in manufacturing or operations
  • Deep expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and capital analysis
  • A track record of leading changes and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Experience in matrixed, global environments
  • Strong communication skills — you can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
