The company is building out and centralizing a record-to-report (R2R) function. Currently, there is international accounting groups scattered around the world. Wanting to buildout a more global processes vs local. It will take a full year to implement (Jan – June would be heavy load and then June – Dec should be lighter).

Job Responsibility:

  • Help with global close process
  • Accounting for leases
  • Hedging and derivatives (very basic)
  • Various closing processes
  • Managing cross calendars and ad-hoc projects
  • Help to manage/review peoples work

Requirements:

  • Strong close process experience
  • Reviewing entries, not entering them
  • Reviewing financial statement numbers
  • Looking at entries done by an external consulting firm
  • Managing cross calendars and ad-hoc projects

  • Big 4 and CPA is a plus
  • Public company and large company experience ideal
