Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Finance Services team (EFS) as a Senior Analyst. We're looking for an Analyst who's experienced with SAP/SAGE and SOX compliance and has an understanding of finance transactions, specifically 'Purchase to Pay'. Most importantly you will be experienced and experienced in stakeholder management with experience with service delivery and improvement. You will form part of Finance Digital Operations, who's role is to operationally manage our outsource strategic partner and will report to the Purchase to Pay Service Delivery Manager. You will partner with our outsource partner, finance teams and and divisional management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure service performance and service levels are maintained and minimize any problems with the day-to-day delivery of services
  • Oversees audits to ensure compliance with contracts, terms, and regulations and makes certain necessary steps are taken to resolve issues
  • Support with compliance of accounting principles, Standard Operating Procedures and adherence with company policies
  • Ensuring service performance and service levels are maintained and that any problems with the day-to-day delivery of services are minimized
  • Working through quickly resolving requests, identifying the internal customers pain points

Requirements:

  • Experience in PTP end-to-end process with quality accuracy
  • Data security and governance
  • Knowledge of local ERP systems (SAP) experience
  • Experience supporting policies, procedures, and controls
  • General Skills to include, good communication, can do attitude, positive approach, and aptitude/driver to be the best

Nice to have:

  • Agile learner and good understanding of Service Management to help provide a service-based approach with internal customers and the outsourcing provider
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting operations or shared services roles of a growing global company
