Job Description:

Senior Finance Analyst within Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT) & Wealth and Investment Management Technology (WIMT). Partner with various stakeholders to deliver financial results and produce business review materials used by senior leaders, incorporating business drivers and metrics to demonstrate business progress and provide information to make business decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Lead or participate in financial research, analysis, and reporting initiatives
Review and analyze financial data to develop key metrics reporting including budgeting analysis, forecasting analysis, variance analysis
Prepare business review materials for senior business leaders
Support review and analysis of outputs prior to process completion
Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
Lead projects impacting one or more lines of business
Establish effective and efficient reporting delivery meeting brand and internal control standards
Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues

Requirements:

4+ years of Finance experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Ability to communicate financial and business results to senior management
Financial Planning & Analysis experience
BS/BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
P&L financial management and forecasting experience
Ability to translate and present complex data to influence decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including to senior executive-level leaders
Strong technical skills including Essbase, Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated experience fostering strong partnerships and promoting teamwork
Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus
Sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement

Nice to have:

P&L financial management and forecasting experience
Ability to translate and present complex data in a manner that educates and influences decisions
Excellent communication skills to senior executive-level leaders
Strong technical skills including Essbase, Microsoft Office suite
