Job Description

Join a specialist property investment and funds management business in this Senior Finance Analyst role, with broad exposure across financial modelling, reporting, treasury, and commercial strategy. You will act as a trusted business partner, linking finance with asset management to deliver strategic insight across the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and manage complex financial models
  • Own the budgeting process and prepare regular forecasts
  • Prepare management, board, and investor reports with detailed variance analysis
  • Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing across the portfolio
  • Contribute to annual strategic reviews
  • Manage treasury responsibilities including covenant monitoring, refinancing support, and hedging recommendations
  • Support acquisitions, divestments, and capital raising activity including feasibilities and PDS preparation

Requirements

  • CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years’ accounting / finance experience
  • Big 4 or mid-tier practice background
  • Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel capability
  • Property or funds management exposure highly regarded
  • Confident communicator able to engage finance and non-finance stakeholders

  • Own delivery of monthly financial reporting, including performance analysis, variance explanation and insight-led commentary

  • Develop and maintain robust financial models for commercial agreements and business cases
  • Translate operational activity into financial performance insight, developing forward looking outlooks including risks, opportunities and scenario analysis
