Senior Finance Analyst

• Partner across Technology, Finance, and Product teams in inputting the portfolio forecast
• prepare presentations to summarize results or present requirements to technology partners
• create trend analysis and research variances
• execute input/output controls
• perform data compilation, including retrieving from various input templates
• support key management reporting processes, such as month-end reporting and financial reviews
• collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• exercise independent judgment while leveraging understanding of Technology Finance policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

4+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

• BS/BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Economics
• relevant employment experience in financial services / banking industry
• strong technical skills, including reporting databases, Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau)
• experience with controls compliance and documentation
• experience with Essbase
• ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment
• strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to staff and management
• ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs
• sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement
• ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders
