Job Description:

We are supporting a London Borough Council to recruit to the position of Senior Finance Analyst (Interim). This role will serve as a Business Partner for the Council’s subsidiary housing companies.

Job Responsibility:

Regular financial reporting and analysis
Conducting formal investment appraisals to assess the financial viability of future development opportunities
Providing strategic financial advice to senior management and board(s)
Negotiating funding for Capital acquisitions from shareholders or other stakeholders
Serve as a Business Partner for the Council’s subsidiary housing companies

Requirements:

CCAB qualified
Evidence of significant relevant continuing professional development
