Job Description

Exciting contract opportunity with a well known firm the west end. This role is key in leading the analysis and decision making for a large infrastructure investments during a critical phase of expansion. Not only is there analysis, business casing, but also partnering with senior leaders in both finance and other areas of the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Financial Modeling & Valuation to develop and maintain complex financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV) to evaluate project viability
  • collaboration with Project Managers to track "Actuals vs. Budget" throughout the build phase
  • business casing and connecting the business to financials

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • hold either a CFA or a CPA
  • exceptionally strong Excel skill
