Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex technical concepts into business value and driving adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the technical vision and strategy for customer engagements
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions
  • Ensure successful post-sales technical support and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of experience in IT
  • Fluent in Japanese and English
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
  • Storage, Backup, Virtualization, Linux CLI
  • Cyber-security & Cyber Resilience
