As Senior Field Sales professional, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and strengthening long-term partnerships in the Spanish market. As part of a global organization, you will collaborate closely with international colleagues, leverage shared best practices, and communicate effectively in English.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, manage and qualify new business opportunities through market analysis, targeted prospecting, and consistent oversight of inbound and outbound leads
Develop and nurture a solid network of partners and collaborating companies to support long-term business expansion
Understand customer needs and propose value-driven solutions tailored to their challenges and objectives
Design and deliver commercial proposals, offers, presentations and impactful product demonstrations
Build lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, promoting cross-selling, up-selling and recurring business opportunities
Negotiate contracts that align with profitability targets while delivering maximum value to customers
Maintain clean, accurate CRM records for customer interactions, pipeline management, and forecasting
Prepare and present sales forecasts to sales management
Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Sales, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers
Experience selling ERP software or other industrial software solutions
Fluency in English, both spoken and written (ability conduct meetings in English)
Availability to travel regularly for customer visits and commercial activities
Solid understanding of sales methodologies, customer management and solution-based selling
Ability to work autonomously on complex business opportunities, using analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both customers and internal stakeholders
