On behalf of our partner, a leading food-tech company specialized in premium corporate meal subscriptions and hygienic catering services in Istanbul since 2014, we are looking for a high-performing Senior Field Sales Specialist. If you have a proven track record in the catering/corporate food services sector and thrive in a fast-paced field environment, we want to meet you!
Job Responsibility:
Lead Generation: Identify and actively visit offices, factories, and institutions with corporate catering needs
Strategic Presentations: Conduct face-to-face presentations to key decision-makers (HR, Administrative Affairs, Procurement, and Business Owners)
Consultative Selling: Analyze the current meal arrangements of potential clients and create tailored solution proposals
End-to-End Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and contract negotiation to closing the deal
Portfolio Retention: Maintain regular visits to the existing customer portfolio to ensure high satisfaction and manage contract renewals
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing models, and market dynamics to contribute to sales strategies
Reporting: Regularly report field activities and meeting details via CRM systems
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of field sales experience specifically within the food / catering industry
Deep understanding of catering operations, contract structures, and service dynamics
Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and representation skills
Self-motivated to build a personal client portfolio with strong field reflexes
Valid driver’s license and a preference for active field work
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office programs
Minimum Associate or Bachelor’s degree
Strong familiarity with Istanbul’s business centers and Industrial Zones (OSBs)
