Job Description:

Senior Field Marketing Manager role at UpGuard, a cybersecurity company focused on making life easier for security teams. The role involves shaping how the company connects with key audiences at premier industry events while driving deeper engagement through cutting-edge webinars and virtual experiences. The position requires blending physical and digital worlds to create immersive, impactful marketing experiences that tell the company's story, partner with sales teams, strengthen customer relationships, and showcase innovations.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and inspire end-to-end execution of field marketing initiatives
Blend large-scale in-person events with innovative virtual webinars
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that bridge gap between in-person field marketing events and digital experiences
Manage and deliver flawless, high-impact events ensuring content and logistics align with brand vision
Juggle multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environment
Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to align on objectives and create cohesive event strategies
Drive awareness, generate demand, and deepen customer engagement

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in field marketing, with direct involvement in large industry events like ETCISO Annual Conclave and customer events such as Customer Advisory Board meetings
Experience managing people, agencies, and vendors to produce exceptional experiences
Familiarity with cybersecurity or high-growth B2B SaaS is a bonus
Multidisciplinary expertise across all aspects of field marketing—from field events and logistics to webinars and virtual experiences
Incredible project management skills with experience running multiple, simultaneous marketing programs
Strategic thinking ability to translate high-level business objectives into effective field marketing strategies
Creative problem-solving skills to find new ways to delight customers and drive impactful business outcomes

Nice to have:

Experience with high-profile industry events and deep familiarity with global cybersecurity events in the tech space
Strong network in India's CISO/CIO community
Data-driven approach using analytics to inform strategy and improve campaign impact
Master of storytelling with ability to craft and deliver narratives that captivate audiences
Tech-savvy innovator adopting new technologies, platforms, and trends to enhance engagement
Global perspective managing events or campaigns that engage global audiences
Proactive problem-solving with ability to foresee potential issues and deliver quality results
