Job Description:

Senior Trust Associate - Senior Fiduciary Coordinator in Estate Services as part of Wealth and Investment Management, supporting fiduciary professionals to administer fiduciary relationships and implement client estate plans

Job Responsibility:

  • Support a team of fiduciary professionals to administer a book of fiduciary relationships
  • Implement client estate plans
  • Ensure client accounts are managed in accordance with sound fiduciary principles and applicable law
  • Develop and maintain proficient understanding of basic fiduciary concepts and principles
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge in the use of Wells Fargo Trust systems
  • Articulate Wells Fargo Trust's processes to internal partners
  • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of policies and procedures
  • Identify fiduciary risk and suggest possible solutions
  • Seek involvement with infrastructure-related projects to improve business operations, client service, and risk management
  • Independently communicate with internal partners regarding client accounts

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of administrative or sales support experience
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and build strong working relationships
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure
  • Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills, including time and priority management
  • Collaborate effectively with relationship team members, client's advisors and other colleagues
  • Solutions-oriented and able to operate within a diverse, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
