Job Description:

The Senior Feed & Automation Specialist ensures TUI's marketing infrastructure is campaign-ready, scalable, and fast. You'll build and maintain the technical foundations that allow high-performing campaigns to run with minimal manual effort. From product feed management to automation scripts and API connections between tools, you'll remove friction between systems and help markets activate faster and more precisely.

Job Responsibility:

  • Centrally manage and maintain product data feeds used in paid marketing channels (e.g. Meta, Google, LLM Integrations, Smartly) through feed management and optimization
  • own cross-functional alignment across Product, IT, Analytics, and Regional Teams to drive consistent implementation of automation logic and feed infrastructure
  • maintain and monitor server-to-server marketing event flows and act as technical first responder for integration issues
  • maintain central documentation and standards for automation logic and feed processing
  • create scripts, integrations, and workflows to automate routine marketing operations
  • identify opportunities for new automations, smarter campaign triggers, and lighter workflows including integration with LLMs

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience managing product feeds and performance marketing data integrations
  • solid understanding of marketing activation tools (e.g. GMP, Meta, Smartly, DV360)
  • experience managing cross-functional projects and steering governance structures across markets
  • familiarity integrating AI-driven platforms and confidence in updating senior stakeholders and reporting into executive forums
  • experience working with APIs, feed management tools, data transformation pipelines and workflow scripting
  • background in technical troubleshooting and cross-platform debugging
  • clear communicator able to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • detail-oriented mindset and sense of ownership
