Job Description:

We’re partnering with a high-caliber, litigation-focused practice in Century City seeking an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant to support a demanding, court-driven desk. This role is designed for a seasoned litigation assistant who is confident managing trial-level work and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-heavy environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Direct support of attorneys on active family law litigation matters
  • Trial preparation, court filings, and deadline management
  • Drafting and formatting pleadings and legal documents
  • Heavy interaction with courts, calendaring, and case progression
  • Hands-on involvement throughout the litigation lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant
  • Family law experience strongly preferred
  • Substantial litigation experience required if outside family law
  • Proven experience supporting court-heavy, trial-level matters
