Job Description

The JLL Regional FM will be the primary point of contact supporting the client to ensure an exemplary service delivery aligned with the JLL IFM contract across Mumbai Region and in alignment with the global account. The Regional FM, in a cooperative effort, will collaborate with the client to ensure a smooth delivery of integrated facility management (IFM) services across Mumbai Region. This includes managing the overall delivery of IFM operations in terms of contract delivery, health and safety, engineering services, compliance with legislative requirements, contractor management, promoting sustainability, adding value, and fostering innovation. Deliver the defined scope of work at the assigned property portfolio.
