The Senior Facilities Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating an exceptional experience for all staff, contractors, guests, etc. This operational role primarily supports a large tech company office environment while providing specialized facilities operations support for a small manufacturing environment. The SFC must effectively communicate information regarding building facilities and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety through self-performance or vendor management.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the broad spectrum of facilities and building management, focusing mainly on soft services, and waste management
Support specialized operations within a small manufacturing context, ensuring facilities standards are met alongside corporate office requirements
Act as the trusted right hand to upper facilities management for all onsite activities and routine inspections
Support building shutdown activities and provide on-call/after-hours support as required
Proactively manage vendor relationships and ensure all work is completed within KPI or policy guidelines
Take ownership of customer issues, responding promptly to inquiries and closing out requests via email or in person
