We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Assistant to join our team and provide a first-class client experience within a prestigious corporate office environment. This is a client-facing role where professionalism, attention to detail, and a 5-star service mindset are essential. About the Role Reporting to the Senior Workplace Manager, the Senior Facilities Assistant plays a key operational role in ensuring the smooth and compliant delivery of facilities management services. You will support the day-to-day operation of the workplace, including: Supporting hard FM operations and statutory compliance; Coordinating contractors and monitoring service delivery; Maintaining workplace standards and operational efficiency; Managing facilities administration and reporting; Ensuring health & safety and compliance requirements are met; Providing operational support and cover for the Senior Workplace Manager and Front of House teams when required. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised, customer-focused, and confident working within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within Facilities Management or Workplace Services - (Hard Services Bias) min 5 years.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience working in a client-facing corporate environment
  • Good organisational and administrative abilities
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • You must be able to pass BS7858 security vetting
  • You must either already hold a valid SIA Front Line Licence or be willing to undertake the required training to obtain one
