Senior Fabrication and Integration Technician

ICEYE is looking for a Senior Fabrication and Integration Technician to join our High Altitude Pseudosatelite (HAPS) team tasked with the development of an unmanned, stratospheric electric aircraft. You will be responsible for activities ranging from fabrication and assembly of composite carbon fiber parts (CFRP), metallic structures, cabling harness and battery pack integration, as well as for the installation of avionic subsystems and end-to-end ground testing of individual subsystems of the aircraft. The work will involve collaborating with engineering in transitioning new systems from engineering to test-builds and mature assembly and testing techniques, looking for areas of optimization and improvement. Additionally, you’ll get to participate in manufacturing assembly and infrastructure improvements, building of test jigs, and more.
