Job Description:

R&D work in exterior components design and development such as plastic /metal components, bumper, grill, mudguard/dashboard, door handle, mirror, Air deflector, body in white,boarding step… Provide FMEA, DTS, PD, RFQ and other engineering documents. Effectively work with suppliers, SQE, Purchasing, and other cross-function team to meet the timing plan and quality. Focus on the cost and performance target, using creative mind to solve issues and save cost. Familiar and ensure verification or homologation tests of exterior system can meet all legal requirements. Oversee full development cycle from concept to mass production including simulation, prototype testing and production support

  • Catia is a must and have knowledge about the data and drawing freezing process
