The main purpose of this role is to ensure effective management and development of the network inventory and OSS domain, including support for strategic initiatives and process transformation across the organization. The role involves leading the technical vision, creation of technical design, coordinating business requirements and close collaboration with both local and international teams. A strong focus is placed on process simplification, increasing transparency, automation, and the long-term evolution of solutions supporting digital twin and modern architectural approaches.
Job Responsibility
Lead and mentor a technical team
Define and own the architectural vision for network inventory and OSS systems
Drive end-to-end solution design
Collaborate with stakeholders and architects across OpCos
Drive modernization and transformation initiatives, including automation, digital twin enablement, REST APIs integration, messaging (Kafka), event-driven approaches and migration to modern architectures
Strong understanding of telco OSS/BSS environment and network inventory principles
Solid knowledge of fixed (FTTx, GPON/XGS-PON, OLT/ONT, network topology) and mobile (RAN, 2G–5G, radio/network elements, connectivity) access technologies
Experience with network inventory systems, topology and serviceability data, with ability to analyse impact of data changes across end-to-end telco processes
