Job Responsibility:
Develops and manages complex/large Operational Talent Solutions local accounts, negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments, serves as a single point of contact for the Operational Talent Solutions clients
Has specialized depth and breadth of expertise in business, financials, services, various markets or the needs/challenges of assigned accounts
Provides and presents regularly insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability with clients to guide clients' hiring decisions and strategies in two or more areas of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, supervision and industrial management, call and contact centre, hospitality and events and retail, for example, strategic and succession planning for operational roles
Measures and monitors operational client satisfaction and implements improvement plans to enhance the client experience and drive partnerships
Identifies opportunities to have regular interactions and engagement with operational solutions clients, introducing service offerings to existing clients more focusing on contingent workers replacement, driving revenue growth per client
Drives the expansion of client relationships and stakeholder network, building credibility and raising profile by meeting their evolving objectives, such as strategic sourcing and adaptable workforce model for high demand time period, ensuring solutions emphasizing on the time and efficiency for operational clients
Influences key senior stakeholders through communication, product knowledge, and industry/domain expertise, contributes to sales to operational clients dedicated models
Provides advice on technical aspects of the sales process including product demonstrations, needs assessments, and value propositions combining HR expertise, market insights, builds pool of pre-qualified candidates and proven talent validation processes
Typically has an industry focus for which they will be consulted
