Implementing and adapting learning activities to meet complex sensory and emotional needs
Using your experience to manage escalations with empathy, patience, and a positive, therapeutic approach
Helping students build the life skills and confidence they need to navigate the world beyond the classroom
Acting as a champion for the welfare and wellbeing of every young person in our care
Requirements:
Proven Experience: A background in supporting children with SEND, specifically Autism and SEMH
Resilience: The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt your style to the energy of the room
Passion: A genuine desire to be part of a brand-new project and help build a school from the ground up
