Senior Experience Designer to join our diverse and growing team in Singapore / Thailand (3 months contract). As a Senior Experience Designer you’re a hands-on maker who will play a key role in conceptualising, building, presenting, and delivering visually compelling and functionally rich digital solutions for household-name companies. You turn research into elegant, accessible solutions; you collaborate deeply with product, data and engineering; and you occasionally coach juniors with or without formal people management. You bring 8+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. To be successful in the role you will need to be a digital native who thrives in delivering aesthetic design to digital transformation programs. For this role, it is essential that you have built your experience in a similar environment to Valtech – a Digital Transformation Consultancy or Digital Agency, delivering solutions that blend creative design, technical heavy lifting and Data / AI capability.

Requirements
8+ years of experience
Portfolio of digital work reflecting capability to work on complex, scalable digital solutions spanning Web, Mobile, and connected experiences
Built experience in a Digital Transformation Consultancy or Digital Agency
Extensive experience in design thinking methodologies
Use modern tools (e.g. AI) to synthesis research & conceptualise
Bake accessibility and inclusive practices
Create meaningful IA, customer journeys, user flows
Craft customer interaction & motion design
Turn insights into outcomes: prototype, test and iterate
Partner with cross-functional teams
Design for cross-cultural understanding
Human-centred design dept across research, interaction, UI, content & service design
Proven accessibility & inclusive design practice (e.g. WCAG/A11y)
Fluency in modern tools: Figma, Miro, prototyping & practical chops with AI design tools
Design Systems/DesignOps experience
Great communicator
Bias to action in ambiguous spaces
At least 6 years in experience/UX/product/Service design (Consulting or product)
Familiar with research platforms (e.g. Maze, UserTesting)
