Job Description:

Randstad is partnering with a well-known Sports brand. They are currently looking to hire a Senior Executive, Wholesales (sports retail)/Asst Manager to join them.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and manage relationships with wholesale clients to drive sales growth
Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential retail partners
Responsible for sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets
Monitor monthly sell out, inventory and backlogs
Work closely with cross-functional team like Marketing, Merchandising and Operations to grow the brand
Forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of working experience in managing wholesales business
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions
