Soliton, a leading high-tech software company, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for various technical and non-technical positions, ensuring we continue to build a strong, skilled workforce to support our innovative projects.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and review job descriptions for vacancies
Assists in developing and revising job specifications and evaluation processes for select positions
Identifies and implements effective methods for recruiting and attracting top talent
Drafts recruitment advertisements and posts them across relevant digital platforms and print media
Coordinates with and manages external recruitment agencies, ensuring timely and quality delivery of profiles
Screens, assesses, and evaluates candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and other selection tools
Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers and supports the interview process
Maintains clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey to ensure a positive experience
Conducts background verification and reference checks for selected candidates
Builds and maintains a strong talent pipeline by networking within the industry and participating in recruitment events
Represents Soliton at job fairs, industry conferences, and campus recruitment drives
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment
Prior experience in IT or technical recruitment is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of technology, technical roles, and skill sets
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri)
Knowledge of recruitment methods, best practices, and local employment laws and regulations
