We are looking for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition having a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with 5 plus years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
Job Responsibility
Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to closure for assigned roles
Align with hiring managers on role expectations, timelines, and feasibility
Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and recurring roles
Use AI tools as a standard way of working for sourcing, screening, and talent discovery
Track and improve key metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and closures
Share clear, data-backed updates with stakeholders
Ensure process discipline across ATS, SLAs, and hiring workflows
Manage candidate experience and offer negotiations end-to-end
Support mentoring of junior team members and team capability building
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical recruitment
Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and niche hiring
Hands-on use of AI tools across hiring workflows
Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
Ability to operate with ownership, accountability, and a business-aligned mindset
