We are looking for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition having a Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in as a technical recruiter.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for management and execution of end-to-end hiring process, including but not limited to forecasting hiring requirements, marketing vacancies, head hunting, arrangement and execution of selection process, negotiation and relevant documentation
Analyze the recruitment process, prepare and present the recruitment dashboards, recommend changes in the sourcing medium and implement changes by leveraging AI tools
Develop and maintain network of contacts/profile database to help identify and source qualified candidates, e.g. online recruiting sources, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media etc.
Ensure consistency in process compliance as per SOP and SLA set within the team and cross functionally across other teams as well
Training, mentoring and development of associate resources
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (either as in-house recruiter or as staffing agency recruiter)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Familiarity with JD parsing or any other AI tool would be a plus
Attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple requirements
