Job Responsibility
Daily customer visits
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective sales strategies and product positioning
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities
Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to management
Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote company products and services
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
Generate leads and build client relationships
Coordinate partner sales teams and maximize sales
Review call with management or internal team on a regular basis to understand the challenges and plan of action as per requirement
Conduct regular end-customer visits to generate and close business opportunities
Handle negotiation discussions with customers and key decision-makers
Identify and source new customer accounts through ground-level market visits
Maintain continuous follow-ups (calls and meetings) with visited customers
Coordinate with the internal sales and support team and conduct account-to-account reviews
Share visit feedback and market insights with internal teams post customer meetings
Update CRM on a real-time basis for all visits, calls, opportunities, and closures
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts
Provide monthly sales visibility and pipeline updates
Ensure smooth order processing and payment follow-ups
