We are looking for a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to lead the marketing and student recruitment activities of the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies. The role focuses on driving enrolments for the MBA, MSc in Electronics and Communications Engineering programs and all other future programs through strategic marketing, relationship building, and proactive sales initiatives. The candidate should be goal oriented, ethically conscious and able to blend creativity with business acumen to strengthen the faculty's market presence and industry engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Drive lead generation, manage the student recruitment process from inquiry to enrolment, engage with prospective students, and monitor performance via the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) & the University Management systems (UMS)
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve enrolment targets/KPIs
Manage online campaigns, digital content, and social media initiatives to enhance program awareness and engagement
Plan and coordinate promotional events, information sessions, and outreach activities to attract potential students
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and institutions (locally or overseas) to support recruitment and collaboration efforts
Monitor marketing and recruitment performance, analyze results, and prepare reports to guide the top management on strategic decisions
Liaise with the IT Department, manage the University Management System, and supervise CRM operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or an equivalent professional qualification (CIM, SLIM, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office, with hands-on experience in digital marketing, CRM systems, and lead management
Minimum of 05 years of work experience in marketing and sales, with preference given to those with exposure in the higher education sector
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet recruitment or sales targets
Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
