Job Responsibility:
Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive project awareness

Ensure all brochures and perspectives align with brand standards through close liaison with vendors and internal teams
Lead the organization of project launches, roadshows, and exhibitions

Enhance sales gallery and show unit experiences by providing market insights to the design team
Ensure operational compliance by managing the timely application and renewal of APDL permits
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of marketing experience specifically within the property development sector
Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals and real estate industry trends
