They are seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to oversee the commercial success of their upcoming premium residential and commercial portfolio.
Job Responsibility
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends, buyer behavior, and emerging opportunities in the property sector
Manage the full sales pipeline, from initial inquiry and viewing to negotiation and final closing, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded
Oversee the daily operations of the sales gallery, ensuring a premium customer experience and maintaining the highest standards of property presentation
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of prospects and purchasers, utilizing CRM tools to nurture long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the property development industry
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets for mid range residential or commercial projects
Must possess own transport, with a willingness to travel regularly between the Corporate HQ and various project sites/sales galleries.
