Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Executive Recruiter leads end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and executive‑level roles across PointClickCare. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and engaging top leadership talent while delivering a consistent, transparent, and high‑touch candidate experience. The Senior Executive Recruiter applies deep market research, talent intelligence, and consultative advisory skills to influence hiring decisions and shape executive pipelines. Leveraging AI‑supported sourcing, screening, and interview‑insight tools, the role focuses on relationship‑building, strategic evaluation, and delivering high‑quality outcomes at speed.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full‑cycle executive recruitment, including sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and guiding senior‑level candidates through a confidential, high‑touch process
Use AI-enabled sourcing, screening, and workflow tools (e.g., AI-curated slates, automated screening insights, interview intelligence platforms) to identify, prioritize, and engage high-quality talent efficiently
Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders by providing market insights, guiding role scoping, and influencing hiring decisions
Deliver a transparent, responsive, and premium candidate experience, ensuring strong communication, preparedness, and consistency throughout the process
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders, candidates, and internal partners, while contributing to TA projects that improve processes, technology usage, and operational excellence
Demonstrate and model best‑in‑class executive recruitment practices, providing guidance and mentoring to other recruiters to elevate sourcing quality, assessment rigor, and overall candidate experience
Requirements:
Strong experience in full‑cycle executive recruitment, ideally within software, cloud, SaaS, engineering, or other fast‑paced technology environments
Demonstrated ability to build credibility and rapport with senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders
Proficiency using modern and AI‑enabled recruiting technologies and platforms (e.g., Lever, Deeply Talented, Pillar, HCM)
Advanced capability in assessing executive talent across leadership competencies, motivators, technical depth, and organizational fit
Demonstrated best recruitment practices
Exceptional communication skills, including clear and concise written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving priorities
