Ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of experience, be adept in HR operations, encompassing employee relations, onboarding, and policy adherence, contributing effectively to the overall HR function’s success in fostering a positive workplace culture.
Job Responsibility
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
Execute onboarding processes including documentation, announcements, orientation coordination, and system onboarding
Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs with high accuracy and timelines
Ensure smooth execution of exit process including clearances, documentation, and final settlements
Maintain and update employee data in HCM/HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations, policies, and benefits
Enhance HR processes with automation using tools like Microsoft Power Automate and other emerging automation platforms
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Admin) for seamless HR operations
Support employee engagement activities and assist in execution of initiatives and events
Assist in performance management cycles (quarterly/bi-annual reviews, documentation, follow-ups)
Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and suggest improvements or automation opportunities (AI/tools where relevant)
Generate basic HR reports and dashboards (attendance, attrition, engagement, etc.)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR Management, including sound experience in HR Operations Management
Familiarity with HCM software such as Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter – should be excited to take initiatives
Excellent coordination and organizational skills
Should thrive in fast paced, VUCA environment and able to work independently, proposing creative solutions to problems with minimal supervision
Solid analytical and time management skills
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant domain.

Candidates with experience in IT Sector would have an added advantage, preferably mid to large-scale organizations.
