Job Description

Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm in Austin to hire a Senior Specialist – Client Services (Senior Executive Legal Assistant). In this role, you will serve as the primary administrative partner to a high‑producing attorney, providing advanced executive support, managing priorities with minimal supervision, and contributing to client service and business development activities. You will work closely with a collaborative team and assist with overflow needs as they arise.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage attorney workflow, delegation, and quality control
  • Serve as liaison with clients and internal teams, ensuring confidentiality
  • Anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and solve administrative issues
  • Support business development activities and events
  • Handle calendars, scheduling, travel, and email management
  • Prepare and proofread legal documents

  • Assist with new matter intake, billing, budgeting, and reporting
