Senior Executive, Graphic Design SEA

• Lead the design and delivery of on-trend, brand-consistent creative assets across PUMA websites, e-commerce platforms, and key digital channels across SEA
• Strengthen emotional brand connection, elevate product desirability, and drive conversion
• Lead the design and execution of high-quality digital assets, including website banners, campaign visuals, social media content, EDMs, and banner ads across multiple platforms
• Ensure all outputs are on-brand, accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with best-practice digital standards
• Translate commercial and performance objectives into effective visual storytelling that drives engagement and conversion
• Act as a senior creative contributor, providing guidance and quality control across e-commerce assets
• Partner closely with the Marketing team to develop creative solutions aligned with brand strategy, communication objectives, and campaign direction
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and regional partners, contributing to key meetings and creative discussions
• Ensure consistency of brand expression across commercial and brand-led touchpoints

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or relevant studies
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in creative or design roles
• Preferably, candidates with a retail or fast fashion background
• Photoshop and Illustrator
• English (PUMA Group language is English)

experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus
