Job Description:

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Work Practice Administrator to support accurate employee data management within SuccessFactors for global markets. The individual will handle end-to-end HR transactional activities, ensure high-quality data integrity, support SLA commitments, manage stakeholder interactions, and contribute to process improvement and automation across VOIS HR Operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process a wide range of HR transactions within existing and new processes, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
  • Maintain performance within agreed Service Level Agreements and support consistent operational excellence
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality across systems and manual processes, meeting audit and integrity requirements
  • Contribute to improving HR systems and processes, including identifying opportunities for digital enhancements and automation
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and support SMEs and team leads for seamless HR service delivery

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly Organisation Management and Employee Central
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet timelines and deliver consistently within SLAs
  • 0–2 years of experience, ideally in a shared services environment
  • A graduate degree
  • MBA in Human Resources preferred
