The organization is dedicated to fostering growth and delivering high-quality solutions to its diverse global client base. They are currently looking for an Events Marketing Executive (APAC) / Senior Executive (APAC) on a contract basis.
Job Responsibility:
Orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle of regional events, from initial conceptualization and workflow design to on-site execution
Maintain rigorous oversight of event finances, including cost forecasting, budget tracking, and responsible expense management
Act as a primary liaison for various internal and external stakeholders to ensure event objectives are aligned with business goals
Develop innovative themes and creative designs to enhance attendee experience for both physical and virtual formats
Proactively identify potential operational risks and implement robust contingency plans to ensure seamless event delivery
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale B2B conferences or corporate events across the region
Proven competency in utilizing digital collaboration tools and specialized event registration or webinar platforms
Strong financial acumen with a track record of maximizing value through strategic negotiation and cost control
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior leadership
Possess problem-solving capabilities
