A leading property developer is seeking a data-driven and creative Senior Digital Marketing Executive. Perfect for a digital marketing expert who knows how to get results through SEO and social media. This role gives you the lead on managing the online presence and brand image for a growing list of high-profile property developments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute 360° digital marketing campaigns for new project launches and existing inventories
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and track conversion rates from digital channels
  • Oversee the brand’s presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc)
  • Prepare monthly reports highlighting KPIs: reach, engagement, website traffic, and lead attribution
  • Monitor website health, back-link profiles, and technical SEO performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in Digital Marketing, preferably within the property development or real estate sector
