Job Description:

As Senior Executive, Corporate Finance, you will play a key role in supporting financial strategy, capital-structure management, funding initiatives, and financial modelling to help the company expand its development pipeline and optimise its balance sheet. You will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure robust financial planning and controls in a dynamic property-development environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial models, scenario analyses and capital structure planning (debt, equity, mezzanine) for new project launches, land acquisitions, and funding initiatives
  • Support treasury and funding activities — liaise with banks, bond/sukuk advisors, rating agencies, and monitor debt covenants, credit metrics and cash-flow forecasts
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting for management: project profitability, cost drivers, sensitivities, risk adjustments, and investment returns
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate finance policy, and regulatory requirements
  • work with auditors, finance team and project teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • preferably with a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, or real-estate/property development finance
  • Strong modeling skills (Excel), financial statement analysis, and experience in financing/property development projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
