Job Description:

In this role, you will partner with Fidelity to lead stock plan administration through the oversight of the grant and vesting process for equity awards. You will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal) to develop materials for the Compensation and Human Resources’ committee.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversight of the grant and vesting process in relation to equity awards, award agreements, communications, data integrity, participant questions etcetera
  • Support the preparation of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee meeting materials (analysis, creation of charts, development of meeting materials)
  • Contribute to the development of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) section of the proxy, including disclosure narratives and tables
  • Conduct job level analysis for executive positions acting as an internal consultant for compensation recommendations related to external executive offers and internal executive talent moves
  • Conduct the research and analysis associated with specific core executive compensation initiatives including pay mix, incentive leverage, salary ranges, perquisites etcetera
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel workbooks used for Senior Leadership and Compensation Committee review which include compensation calculations, executive compensation structures, compensation offers and stock plan administration
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to enable compliance with compensation-related regulations including securities, accounting, and tax requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers in all matters pertaining to Executive Compensation, including Senior Leadership, LTI participants, HR, Finance, Legal, etcetera
  • Special projects as assigned including participation as a team member on other departmental initiatives, and providing analytical support and compensation consulting for ad hoc requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
  • High proficiency in Excel including developing pivot tables
  • Experience with Fidelity’s stock administration platform or similar platform
  • Ability to work onsite in Troy, MI
  • Must be legally able to work in the United States without requirement of any type of visa sponsorship or transfer now, or at any time in the future
