We are seeking an experienced individual to support and operate mission‑critical applications within the Kabel Web JD environment for the VFDE/VKD domain. The role involves ensuring application stability, monitoring daily operations, resolving incidents, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and maintaining end‑to‑end documentation. This opportunity suits candidates with strong technical expertise in AWS, Linux, Oracle, WebLogic, and microservices, combined with an analytical and solutions‑focused mindset.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure accurate, timely, and complete availability of applications and services
Perform daily health checks to maintain system performance and stability
Carry out reactive troubleshooting using system messages and performance monitoring insights
Monitor and validate automatic job execution to ensure error‑free processing
Analyse incidents, develop solutions, document findings, and track recurring problems
Support monitoring of delivery quality and content to uphold service excellence
Handle service‑request tickets and provide effective resolutions to user departments
Coordinate changes and problem resolutions with internal teams and partner departments
Collaborate with development colleagues and vendors to identify and refine solutions
Support the creation and maintenance of departmental management reports
Work effectively within an international team environment
Install software updates on Oracle WebLogic applications and services as guided by development teams
Propose system enhancements and improvements to increase operational efficiency
Contribute to end‑to‑end process understanding beyond the immediate scope of work
Maintain comprehensive knowledge transfer materials and system/service documentation
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and customers
Requirements:
Experienced in AWS Cloud, microservices, Linux, Oracle SQL, and WebLogic administration
Skilled in writing and executing SQL scripts with strong database understanding
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with limited inputs
Knowledgeable in scheduling tools such as Control‑M
Possess strong stakeholder‑management abilities
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3–6 years of relevant experience
Demonstrate responsibility, analytical thinking, and sound decision‑making abilities
