Job Description

The Administrative Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and provide support for a Partner of the firm.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain a professional and organized workspace
  • Greet all guests and manage logistics needed for guests
  • Serve as lead contact on building matters
  • Receive, sort, and deliver mail
  • Manage kitchen and pantry
  • restock supplies when necessary
  • Manage the Partner’s calendar
  • Book travel for both domestic and international travel
  • Prepare meeting agenda’s and notes
  • Submit expense reports for business expenses
  • Manage all conference room requests
  • Assist with annual events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-10 years of administrative/office management experience within finance
  • Experience booking travel and planning events preferred
  • Experience with Concur a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
  • Able to demonstrate efficiency and organization
