This opportunity is with a global consumer products and technology company headquartered in Needham, MA, known for designing and delivering innovative lifestyle solutions. This is a temporary Senior Executive Assistant role with potential to convert to permanent, starting ASAP.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level executive support to a C-suite leader in a fast-paced, global environment
Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars with shifting priorities
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and contingency planning
Lead logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and global forums
Draft and prepare executive communications, presentations, and confidential documents
Process expenses and purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders and other executive assistants to ensure seamless execution
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
Proven experience supporting multiple executives in high-velocity environments
Strong calendar management skills, including international scheduling and time zones
Exceptional discretion, judgment, and professionalism
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Flexibility to support early mornings, occasional weekends, and international travel needs
