We are seeking an experienced and highly resourceful Senior Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to the Vice President, Global Commercial Excellence, and secondary support to a senior leader in training. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and excels at managing complex priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars, prioritize requests, schedule meetings, and coordinate workflows for the VP
Handle communications with professionalism—emails, calls, messages—and respond or triage appropriately as well as the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sound judgment at all times
Consolidate, prepare, and edit executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel/support the preparation of training reports, dashboards, and feedback summaries
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reports
Organize leadership and functional meetings, including agenda planning, logistics, and follow-up tracking
Help schedule and follow training activities and onboarding sessions
Requirements:
3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the maturity to represent senior leaders
Advanced proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Discretion when handling confidential information
Proven ability to work independently, solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience with training systems or Learning Management Systems
