Job Responsibility
Provides direct support to multiple executives and site leadership team
Performs various tasks contributing to office organization and efficiency
Prepares and distributes correspondence, reports, forms, and presentations
manages phone calls, email and access to executive
schedules and coordinates meetings, business travel and expense reports
Must be able to work under pressure and handle confidential matters with discretion
Exercises good judgment with strong written and verbal communication and ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
Event and visitor management, including but not limited to badging, escorting, agendas, bios, catering
Must be able to anticipate needs, have a positive jump right in attitude
Must be able to multitask with strong organizational skills
Propensity to model and encourage fair, respectful, and positive etiquette
Requirements
High School Diploma and/or GED
10+ years of related experience
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access (for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship)
Nice to have
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and/or Special Program Access
Associate or bachelor’s degree
Experience working in a confidential environment
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
IAAP certification
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
