Our client, a leading organization in the education field, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to support their executive leadership team. This role requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules and confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders
Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion
Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met
Support event planning, board meetings, and special projects as needed
Handle sensitive matters and make well-informed decisions on behalf of the executive team
Requirements:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
Previous experience in the education sector strongly preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
