Robert Half is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support for senior executives within our organization. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail
Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and professionalism at all times
Handle highly confidential information with discretion and integrity
Coordinate and support high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting minutes
Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by executive leadership
Requirements:
Minimum of 6+ years supporting C-level executives or equivalent experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of professionalism
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
