Job Description – Sales Hiring Program- EAPL. Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Sales Department: Sales- Secondary. Role Purpose: To drive secondary sales growth by effectively managing channel partners, strengthening market presence, and ensuring execution excellence across the assigned territory. The role focuses on distributor management, dealer development, and expanding the reach of power electronics products.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and support distributors, dealers, and channel partners to achieve secondary sales targets
Drive secondary sales execution by ensuring regular billing, off-take, and stock rotation at distributor level
Resolve dealer and distributor issues related to pricing, schemes, service, supply, and sales execution
Conduct regular market visits to monitor dealer performance, visibility, and brand presence
Work closely with distributors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential dealers in the assigned territory as per company guidelines
Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and POS compliance at retail outlets
Track and report competitor activity, pricing, schemes, and market intelligence
Ensure strict PJP adherence and update daily activities through SFA / digital platforms
Build strong relationships with channel partners to enhance dealer satisfaction and brand loyalty
Requirements:
Experience: 1-4 years (Relevant Field Sales Experience)
Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Discipline) or B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical preferred
Candidates currently working with market leaders or premium-positioned brands, possessing strong field discipline, PJP adherence, and hands-on experience with SFA / digital sales tools
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Sound understanding of channel sales and secondary sales concepts
High field orientation with willingness to travel extensively
Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and digital sales tools
Customer-centric, self-driven, and target-oriented attitude
