We’re looking for a Senior Events Manager to lead Intercom’s most impactful brand activations and sponsorships across North America. In this role, you’ll shape high-quality, memorable experiences that highlight Fin’s product depth and Intercom’s evolving leadership in AI. These aren’t demand-gen campaigns. They’re thoughtfully crafted brand moments that are designed to spark conversation, build trust, and demonstrate the real-world value of our AI-first approach.
Job Responsibility:
Own and lead Intercom’s full portfolio of brand sponsorships and event activations
Drive the strategy and execution of tier 1 third-party events, including strategic sponsorships and product showcases
Deliver world-class creative execution across every detail
Bring Fin to life through experiences that clearly communicate its technical depth, product maturity, and category leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, Executive Assistants, Brand Marketing, R&D, and Field Marketing
Lead agencies and vendors to deliver high-impact, on-brand experiences
Define and track success using a mix of brand and business metrics
Travel approximately 25 to 30 percent to oversee on-site execution
Requirements:
6+ years of experience leading end-to-end brand events and activations, ideally in a tech or B2B environment
Proven ability to produce visually refined, creatively ambitious, and strategically aligned brand experiences
A strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
Hands-on creative production expertise, with sound judgment across design, product storytelling, and attendee experience
Confidence working with technical and product teams
Clear, collaborative communicator
Effective at managing budgets, timelines, and external partners
Deep respect for brand consistency and high-quality execution
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, or related field
Experience working with or marketing AI products
Multilingual (Spanish, French, Portuguese)
Proficiency in event software platforms (e.g. ticketing, streaming, engagement tools)
